Prepping
- Know the name of the user to be set up
- Know the Route Number you wish to assign this device
- Have the Android or iPhone
- on hand
- charged
- previously started device and gone through any initialization processes
Install App on Device
- Go to Google Play or Apple Store on the device
- Search for Field Service Trakker, First Aid Trakker, or Route Sales Trakker
- Verify by Longwell Technologies
- Select
- Download and Install

Configure to Server (Coming Soon)
Configuring Device
- Start the Trakker App.
- It will open to a settings form, if it does not tap the 3 dots on the top left, a menu will slide out on the left, tap App Settings
- At the top will be an HH Code.
- Tell the LTI the HHCode
- The LTI Rep will send you a QR Code
- On the Handheld click the SCAN Button
- Point at the QR Code on the screen.
- It will fill in the field
- Set any desired options at the bottom such as
- Product Minimum Qty, which will set all of the products on this device to this quantity when End of Day is first run. Leave as 0 if not desired.
- Hit Save and Test
- If successful it will display the Main Menu.
- Hit the Exit icon
- Wait a few seconds the restart the app
- It will now sync and load all of the data
- if UNSUCCESSFUL/FAILED
- Will stay on the Comm Settings screen
- review all of the values with the LTI Rep to make sure they are correct
- Make sure that the HH Code on the server match
- Try Save and Test again.
- Keep the device plugged in and turned on so that it can complete the initial synchronize process. You will be able to navigate through the app and start seeing Customers and Products load
